Orders and delivery

Charged at checkout, including preorders. Available books ship first; one delivery charge per order.

We process orders within two business days. Retailers deliver directly to you. If a book becomes unavailable, we contact you to choose waiting or a refund.

Seller

Contact Coco Wyo support for returns and refunds. This is our business address only; contact us before returning an item.

14-day returns

For physical goods bought from our store, notify us at support@cocowyo.uk within 14 days after delivery if you change your mind. For an order delivered in parts, the window starts when the last item arrives. Then send the goods back within 14 days after your notice.

A clear statement is sufficient; no reason or prior approval is required. Include your order number if available to help us process the return. Your statutory rights, including rights for faulty or incorrect goods, remain available beyond this window.

Return address and postage

Use this single postal return address: 2160 Hartford Ave, Johnston, RI 02919, USA. Returns go to the United States, including returns from France. We have no physical store or in-person drop-off service.

For change-of-mind returns, choose your carrier and pay the direct international return postage. There is no restocking fee. Keep proof of postage. For damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, contact us: Coco Wyo covers the necessary return postage.

You may inspect a book as you would in a shop. Handling beyond that inspection, including coloring or marking pages, may lead to a deduction for the resulting loss in value; it does not automatically remove your withdrawal right.

Refunds

For a withdrawal, we refund the returned goods and, when the whole order is returned, the original standard delivery charge. Any extra charge for your choice of express delivery is excluded. Refunds use the original payment method without a fee.

We refund within 14 days of your notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first. Your bank determines when the credit appears.

Change-of-mind returns receive a refund rather than an exchange. Statutory remedies for faulty goods remain available.

Downloads and other sellers

For digital content, the withdrawal right ends after supply begins only if you expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged losing that right. Rights relating to faulty content still apply.

For purchases paid directly to another store or marketplace, contact the seller on your receipt. If you paid Coco Wyo, we remain responsible for your return even when a retailer dispatched the parcel.

Optional withdrawal notice

Send to support@cocowyo.uk: “I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for these goods: [items]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date]. Order number: [number]. Name and address: [your details]. Date: [date].” You may also use your own clear statement.
